Upon earning a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston, Royce began working as a Loan Servicing Inspector and Residential Constructor Loan Inspector in house for North American Mortgage Company in 1981. Having worked in the banking world and gaining much needed knowledge and experience for the majority of the 80's, it was time to start his own venture.
Royce began Inspection Perfection in 1989, which focused on providing residential and commercial construction inspections for various bank and mortgage companies.
Shortly thereafter, Debbie hopped on board in 1992 co-founding the business. To this day she runs all office operations for Inspection Perfection, and her team provides world-class services to lenders.
Between the two, the company's foundation touts an incredible 70+ years of industry experience. Add in the office staff, who are well-educated in the construction loan industry, and Inspection Perfection has over 100 years of combined experience and time providing exceptional customer service to banks, builders and loan officers alike.
